A nurse from Vienna has been disfigured since a “minor nose job” at a beauty institute in Vienna – but the responsible doctor does not want to pay compensation.
Nine months ago, we discovered this harrowing case of a tragically botched beauty treatment at the “Krone”. As reported, 48-year-old Snezana A. visited the beauty salon in Vienna’s best location. She spent 360 euros for the advertised cheap rhinoplasty.
But the visit to the beauty salon almost cost her her nose. Because after the hyaluron injection it became terribly inflamed, enlarged and ugly! The woman was in excruciating pain until the emergency department of the AKH was the only help. Pain therapy, psychiatric care and unemployment accompanied her months of martyrdom.
Financial comfort for the completely destroyed nose?
Today, the “beauty victim” still has to take painkillers in order to “live a reasonably normal life.” Lawyer Dr. Alfred Boran represents the long-suffering woman and tries to get at least a “financial comfort” of about 45,000 euros for his client.
In between, the victim thought of balancing justice. Because after a financial check, the beauty doctor and her sister were temporarily arrested. Now the two are free again…
“Responsible doctor in hiding”
“Apparently the responsible doctor has gone into hiding and has therefore not reported,” said lawyer Boran. It is possible that those responsible for the “botch institution” want to avoid responsibility by filing for bankruptcy. “That’s why I’m trying to get compensation for my client through any liability insurance.”
