The force of the collision knocked the 48-year-old off his motorcycle. He succumbed to his injuries at the scene of the accident, police said Saturday morning. The 35-year-old driver suffered severe shock and was taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital. Her 52-year-old passenger was unharmed.
