Because of loud noises in the attic, homeowners in Australia call a snake catcher – who then found two carpet pythons trapped in the ceiling of the house. However, it was not easy to get to the snakes.
On the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia, a snake catcher freed two fighting snakes from the ceiling of a house. The woman had to balance on the edge of a counter while pulling the pythons out of a small opening in the ceiling to save them.
Fighting pythons in the attic
Because of loud knocking noises from the attic, the homeowner contacted snake catcher Tiarnah. He was finally able to take pictures of the fighting animals. But since there was no way to get directly to the reptiles, the expert, with the owner’s permission, cut a small hole in the kitchen ceiling.
The video shows the woman standing on the counter shining a light into the opening of the hole to know what the male snakes are like. With a snake hook she gently pulled the animals towards the hole and managed to grab the first snake.
As one snake wrapped around the expert’s right arm, she pulled the rope directly behind the second snake. The woman also held her nerve as the second snake kept coming loose from the long rope.
The woman wrapped the snakes around her arms and hands, climbed off the table and said, “I hate holding their heads like that.” Then she deposited the pythons in the appropriate boxes.
“Now I Want a Tiarnah T-Shirt”
The comments below the video were full of compliments about the snake catcher’s bravery and skill. “That was absolutely amazing” and “What an incredible woman.” Someone else even writes: “This woman is so strong, she deserves a medal.” Another user writes, “It seemed so easy for her! Now I want a Tiarnah T-shirt.”
