‘Krone’ knows details – woman beaten en masse: ‘She was afraid of death’

An argument between a Bosnian (35) and his wife in their apartment in Innsbruck has completely escalated on Saturday evening – the police have only just learned. The man is said to have severely beaten, threatened and strangled her. The “Krone” knows additional information that really gets under your skin.

The brutal attack took place around 2 am, the executive speaks of a “family dispute”. According to information from Krone, the 35-year-old wanted to deposit allegedly stolen goods in the shared apartment in Innsbruck. However, his wife did not agree with this plan. She told her husband she didn’t want that and that he should keep the stolen goods somewhere else.

‘He locked her in the bathroom and abused her’
As a result, the Bosnian completely lost control and went completely mad. “He locked her in the bathroom and abused her. He went so far as to repeatedly punch her in the face with his fist and choke himself. Your injuries are actually very serious,” the informants of “Krone” describe. And, “She was really terrified!”

The victim was able to call 911 herself
Fortunately, after some time, the woman managed to break away from her aggressive husband and make the emergency call herself. “Who knows what would have happened otherwise,” it says. Eventually, the beaten woman was taken to the Innsbruck clinic by the emergency services. In the meantime, she was able to leave the hospital again, according to the police.

According to information from Krone, the 35-year-old was heavily affected by drugs and alcohol. “He was arrested by the agents and taken to Innsbruck prison after questioning,” said the director.
