None of the ten occupants survived the plane crash in Russia on Wednesday. One of the victims is Wagner boss Yevgeny Prigozchin. Most of the victims are said to have been Wagner mercenaries. But a beautiful Russian woman also had to lose her life: she was on board as a stewardess.
Kristina Raspopova, 39, had to wait at Moscow’s Sheremetyevo airport on Wednesday. The reason: the flight on which she was appointed as a flight attendant was delayed.
Media reports that “technical checks” and repairs had to be carried out on the machine. During the break, she contacted her family again – it should be her last sign of life.
Moscow’s dream
Originally from the Central Asian country of Kazakhstan, Kristina was eager to conquer the Russian capital. Later she moved to Saint Petersburg, a metropolis north of Moscow. It is known from her personal life that she lived through a divorce.
loved the luxury
“She has always had a strong character,” she is described by an acquaintance to journalists. She was a real career woman and could assert herself well. She loved to travel – her social media profiles show her in expensive hotels and on beautiful beaches. Apparently she wanted luxury – and could afford it.
The plane took off for Saint Petersburg early in the evening. Kristina was the only woman on board. Half an hour after takeoff, the plane lost a lot of altitude and crashed over the Russian region of Tver. Eyewitnesses report two explosions. Until now, it is still unclear what exactly led to the tragedy.
