A Romanian “türbrünzler” was sentenced to a suspended prison sentence and a fine of 800 euros by the regional court of Feldkirch (Vorarlberg). The man was drunk and urinated in front of a practice in the middle of summer.
His wild urination on the doorframe of a physiotherapy practice in Dornbirn – according to the ‘Krone’ – is now costing the 27-year-old defendant more than he expected. Judge Christoph Stadler sentenced the man, who had already been convicted several times for other crimes, on Tuesday to a suspended prison sentence of four months and an unconditional fine of 800 euros. Two hearings were necessary because the physiotherapist involved could not be heard on Monday due to heat stroke.
So, new day, new happiness: On Tuesday, the victim confirmed information provided to police that the suspect had threatened to kill him and his family if he was not admitted to the practice. Contrary to what the wild pee said, he turned him away, but did not grab him by the bed or attack him in any other way. Just like the day before, the suspect claims that he was drunk that evening and that he thought there was a public toilet behind the door. Accordingly, the “door breaker” often apologizes during negotiations.
The defendant was very happy when the judge handed down a suspended prison sentence of four months. The weak bladder can repay the fine of 800 euros in installments.
