A 17-year-old Lower Austrian woman claims she was raped in the toilet of a nightclub by a man (18) from Burgenland. He talks about consent. The trial at the Eisenstadt Regional Court was postponed.
Who are you to believe what really happened on December 31, 2022 in the toilet of a busy bar in Wiener Neustadt? “He entered the cabin with me, locked it and penetrated me with a finger,” says the 17-year-old from Lower Austria.
“We held hands, stayed inside cuddling and I superficially pleasured her with my hand for five minutes. “It was all consensual,” says the 18-year-old from Burgenland, who is accused of rape during the trial in Eisenstadt.

He saw the girl there for the first time. She danced with him at the bar and they drank together. “She took my hands and guided them to her breasts.” The first kisses were exchanged, the HTL student reports. “And then she suggested we go to the bathroom.” You were seen. People stood outside the closed door and talked. “You can hear every word there.” Since he hadn’t put a condom in his pocket, “I broke off and we went back to the bar together.”
