1.44 per mille – drunkard caught urinating twice in the presence of the police

Date:

A 60-year-old from Innviertel (Upper Austria) is accused of a range of offences. The man has no driver’s license, was caught driving under the influence twice in a row, insulted the officers and, to make matters worse, urinated in their presence.

The police were warned by other road users on Saturday evening that a possibly drunk driver was driving his car near Aurolzmünster. Two patrols were dispatched and were able to stop the vehicle around 9:30 p.m.

Police officers offended
The 60-year-old driver from Aspach was extremely upset, insulted the officers and urinated on a house wall right in front of them. He did not want to participate in the official proceedings. He refused to take an alcohol test and it turned out that the man also did not have a driver’s license.

Further travel is prohibited
The officers confiscated the keys to his car and prohibited him from driving. However, around 10:15 p.m., police officers noticed that the man’s car was no longer where the drunk driver had parked it. An immediately initiated search was successful.

The car we were looking for was spotted on the B 141 – the 60-year-old was behind the wheel. He ignored stop signals. In the Polling area the car was eventually surrounded by three police patrol cars and forced to stop.

Alko test
Surprisingly, this time the 60-year-old agreed to an alcohol test. This resulted in a value of 1.44 per mille. The replacement car keys have now been purchased from the Innviertler. The traffic offender was reported several times.
