A sick pensioner from Styria, her partner and about twenty goats and cats lose their home. We hope for your continued support!
We recently reported on the deep despair of a Styrian woman and her partner. The two were legally evicted from the farm where they had lived for years and which they thought would one day be theirs.
But now they have to go. Immediately. Together with her animal family, no fewer than 20 goats and cats. Where do you go when you have hardly any money and so many animals? Only a centuries-old hut with only one room, without electricity, water or the hope of a dignified life, would be available in an emergency.
We reported on this desperate couple and asked for offers. The good news: a lot of people came! Even from Lower Austria and distant Italy, where the couple was offered shelter. We can hardly believe it. However, the ultimate solution was not yet available; Money is also a big problem for the already modest minimum pensioner. We hope for further messages and support…
