A 17-year-old’s “lack of work ethic” may have enraged his father-in-law so much that he allegedly attacked him with a kitchen knife and cut him. In addition, the 40-year-old Romanian citizen suffers from psychological problems.

Police who arrived arrested the 40-year-old and banned him from entering or approaching the building.

The officers confiscated the combat knife from the uncooperative suspect.
