A 39-year-old from Klagenfurt contacted a 29-year-old woman from Klagenfurt via a dating platform, posing as a couple. The woman offered him sex in her apartment for 600 euros.
Her boyfriend would be in the next room watching over her. The 39-year-old went to her apartment on Tuesday evening and made a deposit of 300 euros at the door of the apartment. She took the money, entered the apartment and locked the door behind her without having done anything; she also kept the money.
Search ordered
The injured party called the police. Because the apartment was not opened despite knocking and attempts to make contact, the Klagenfurt public prosecutor’s office was contacted. This ordered the approved home search for the apartment in question.
