A dispute between young people escalated completely on Friday evening in Feldbach (Styria): a 17-year-old stabbed a young person several times and he suffered life-threatening injuries.
On Friday around 6.30 pm there was a fight between young people at the McDonald’s in Feldbach. A 17-year-old from southeastern Styria then pulled a knife and stabbed his opponent several times before fleeing. After an initial search was initially unsuccessful, the young person was arrested at his home address, according to witness statements and the statement of his victim.
Emergency surgery after knife attack
The 16-year-old boy suffered life-threatening injuries in the knife attack. The Slovenian, who lives in southeastern Styria, was flown by helicopter to LKH Graz, where he immediately underwent emergency surgery.
The 17-year-old suspect denies any connection with the crime. The murder weapon has not yet been recovered. The Styrian State Criminal Investigation Department is currently investigating the exact course of events and the background.
