A man (56) allegedly threw a chair at the 14-year-old during an argument with his son in Vienna-Rudolfsheim-Fünfhaus on Thursday. The police had to be alerted, after which the father also attacked an officer.
According to police, the 56-year-old was extremely aggressive towards emergency services and did not want to help resolve the dispute. “An entry and approach ban and a temporary weapons ban were issued against the father,” the Vienna police reported on Friday.
Father defended himself with punches and kicks
However, the suspect did not like that at all and suddenly attacked an officer with punches and kicks. The man subsequently had to be arrested and is now being held by the police. The good news: Neither the 14-year-old son nor the police officer were injured in the attack.
