A serious accident occurred in the municipality of Eichenberg in Vorarlberg on Wednesday. A 15-year-old slipped on a wet running board and fell under a rolling tractor. He was seriously injured.
On Wednesday afternoon around 5:10 p.m., the 15-year-old youth in Eichenberg stood on the footboard of a tractor that was driven down a steep slope by a 21-year-old. Suddenly, the teenager lost his balance, slipped and fell off the running board, which was wet from the rain.

The boy ended up under the tractor. This rolled over the 15 year old in the lower abdomen and thigh area. He suffered serious injuries in the accident and was taken to Feldkirch State Hospital by C8 rescue helicopter. An alcohol test on the driver was negative.
