Israel responded with attacks in the Gaza Strip after the worst massacre in its history, carried out by terrorists from Hamas and other extremist groups in the border area on October 7. Israeli television reported on Wednesday evening that according to the latest findings, around 3,000 terrorists were involved in the surprise attack.
At least seventeen Israeli soldiers have been killed since ground operations began in the Gaza Strip. Several of them were killed when their Namer tank was hit by a missile.
