An explosive large-scale operation is currently underway in Vienna: bomb threats have been received at several schools!
On Wednesday morning, the school board of a vocational school on Hütteldorfer Straße received a bomb threat. A large contingent of emergency services is currently on site and searching the building. The students were brought to safety.
But that’s not all: as police spokesman Mattias Schuster confirmed to the Crown, other operations are underway. Bombs are said to have been hidden at other schools in the Rudolfsheim-Fünfhaus district and at schools in the Hernals district. Other districts may also be affected.
Guide dogs, explosives squad and the Office for the Protection of the Constitution are in action. According to the first information, it would be a perpetrator.
