Helpers for four paws – police officers rescued two puppies from the street

Two abandoned puppies were found on Tuesday in Perchtoldsdorf in the Mödling district of Lower Austria. Brave police officers took the duo to the Vösendorf animal shelter.

Such a fluffy arrest is a rarity for our police: In Perchtoldsdorf, the uniformed officers found two cute puppies on Tuesday. The animal alarm was activated by a passerby who saw the two furry friends wandering around on the main road.

Cared for at the animal shelter
Because the fur duo is not chipped, the owners could not be traced for the time being. They were first checked at the veterinary clinic. The two mixed-breed puppies are expected to be about six weeks old. They were then taken to the Vösendorf animal shelter. Suspected animal abuse is being investigated.
