The Abertzale coalition has reached agreement with PSE-EE and PNV on the budgets of the capital Alava. “They will improve the living conditions of citizens,” they emphasize.
The spokesperson of EH Bildu in the Vitoria-Gasteiz Municipal Council, Rocío Vitero, has confirmed that they will support the municipal budgets after reaching an agreement with PSE and PNV, an agreement which shows that this formation “defends agreements with content”.
Vitero confirmed at a press conference the agreement of its formation with the PSE-EE and the PNV, parties that support the minority municipal government of Gasteiz, to implement this year’s budgets, the first of the legislature.
The agreed figure there are six million in amendments and another six million in commitment appropriations for years to come, for a total of fifteen projects.
The spokesperson for EH Bildu emphasized that “a good budget agreement has been reached will improve living conditions, housing, energy transition and employment”, worth six million euros.
According to Vitero, Bildu’s attitude “has not changed from moment zero to now, with total willingness to make agreements. “What we have seen in the last few hours is a change in the government team, which we appreciate.”
“These are not EH Bildu’s budgets and we could have said no, but out of responsibility we have worked on implementing proposals that improve the lives of citizens” has manifested itself.
