“If you don’t have a seat reservation, get out” – a phrase that passengers hear on ÖBB trains. Annoyance among passengers and excessive demands on employees seem to be no exception lately. Frustration also spread in the “Krone” community.
Hardly a day goes by without overcrowded trains and rejected passengers. Our readers also have negative experiences with the train. “If you want to make the train service more attractive through the climate ticket, you also have to expand the capacities”, the readers of “Krone” ask.
Seneca1107 demands in their comments at least an extension for holidays and on busy routes. “It’s just embarrassing, this dilettantism!” She complains about the failed organization.
What is your experience with the train? How could the ÖBB counter the overcrowded trains? We look forward to your comments!
