In 2015, justice first documented allegations of pedophilia against a man from Klagenfurt. The man works as a kindergarten teacher in a municipal company. However, the investigations are not successful and the procedure is stopped. He continues to take care of small children and also offers his services as an experienced nanny online. Three years later, child porn researchers found the male nanny again on the Internet.

Due to the large number of files, the then 34-year-old was arrested. In the first trial, the father of the family was given a year in prison and a work ban. Just months later, he was charged again – for another 120,000 horrific photos. The sentence will be increased to 18 months in May 2019 and the ex-child carer will also be sent to a psychiatric institution because court expert Walter Wagner has made a risk assessment and fears so-called “hands-on” crimes. Say: Children are in danger!
Her own daughter also unpacks, accusing her father of having desecrated her for years – for perverted photos and similar shots with strangers. Despite detailed descriptions, the child is not believed.
Photos and videos convicted child molesters
For this, the alleged child rapist will be released on March 10, 2020 for incomprehensible reasons. In August 2021, however, there were new suspicions against him. During a house search, police officers again seized incriminating material – photos and videos that now also confirm the serious sexual abuse of their own daughter and a friend.
“We have charged two victims with serious sexual abuse,” said Markus Kitz, spokesman for the Klagenfurt prosecutor’s office. “The suspect eventually confessed.” The trial will take place at the end of June under the direction of Judge Gernot Kugi.
