Terror in Moscow: – First arrests and search for vehicle

While firefighting efforts were still underway after the attack in a concert hall in Moscow, police had already arrested several people in front of the building.

A video (see below) shows a man being led into a police van.

Telegram channel Baza reported that law enforcement authorities are looking for a white sedan in which the terrorists are believed to have fled.

All public events cancelled
Due to the terrorist attack in Moscow, all public events planned for this weekend in the Moscow region and surrounding areas have been canceled. Museums and theaters also remain closed. This includes the regions of Stavropol, Murmansk, St. Petersburg, Vologda and Kursk, as well as in North Ossetia.

Police have found an ‘unknown black box’ in St. Petersburg
Due to the terrorist attack in Moscow, a concert in the city of Saint Petersburg was canceled and shopping centers in Saint Petersburg and Moscow were also evacuated. In St. Petersburg, police also discovered an “unknown black box” in the evacuated Galereya shopping center, according to reports from Russian Telegram channels. An explosive ordnance disposal unit is said to be on site.

According to Russia’s domestic intelligence service FSB, gunmen killed 40 people in an attack on an event hall in the Moscow region. According to initial findings, more than 100 people were injured at the Crocus City Hall in the city of Krasnagorsk, the authority was quoted as saying by Russian news agency Interfax on Friday evening. Russia’s Central Investigative Committee has opened a case into a suspected ‘act of terrorism’.
