Balcony power stations, the new mini PV systems for every home, are booming. Whether on the balcony, terrace or garden: as an innovative solar energy solution, Krone SolMate makes the sun work for us!
In the pursuit of sustainable energy production and cost savings, Krone Sonne – the ‘Krone’ initiative together with ‘Better Energy’ – sets new standards. With innovative solar energy solutions including storage, we offer a wide range of installation options and maximum efficiency for every home.
The Krone SolMate mini photovoltaic system is the perfect solution, especially when space is limited. It is important to position the PV modules correctly so that the maximum power from the sun can be captured and converted into green energy. This means that a particularly large number of hours of sunshine are used. This not only means more ecological energy production, but also a significant reduction in electricity bills.
Various mounting options
The installation is incredibly simple: the Krone SolMate is simply plugged in and the sun starts working for us. The product offers different options for different areas of application:
Mounting options for the modules: The modules stand on the floor, supported by the supplied feet and can be ballasted as desired so that they can safely withstand any wind. Installation on flat roofs is also possible without any problems.
Place on the floor: The included steel brackets allow installation on horizontal surfaces such as gardens or terraces. The adjustable angles of 25 or 65 degrees ensure optimal alignment of the solar panels, both in summer and winter.
Attach to the balcony railing: The innovative Krone SolMate system also offers a solution for balconies and fences. Thanks to the special metal balcony hooks, the standard modules can be securely attached to the balcony railing, creating a space-saving solar system. Depending on the wishes and design of the balcony, variants with five or 13 centimeters are available.
Attach to the wall: This option is particularly suitable for sunny house walls or fences. Thanks to the wall rails, the panels can be attached to vertical surfaces and ensure space-saving electricity production, even in the garden. The installation can be carried out horizontally or vertically on robust walls without thermal insulation – e.g. on concrete or brick walls, as well as on stable wooden walls.
For anyone who wants even more convenience when installing their balcony power station, Krone Sonne offers an installation service to bring the mini PV system to your home quickly and easily. The sun does the rest.
