One person was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident in Innervillgraten in East Tyrol on Friday afternoon. The 49-year-old was riding his motorcycle in a field.
Shortly after 4pm, the local man was riding his motorcycle uphill in a field in the Innervillgraten district of Gasse when the accident occurred. Police say the 49-year-old fell through no fault of his own and suffered serious injuries.
A first responder provided initial care to the injured person, after which the ambulance team and an emergency physician took over. The seriously injured man then had to be flown to the clinic in Innsbruck by emergency helicopter.
