The police in Lower Austria had to be deployed several times because a man threatened his wife and children. Another refugee hit his partner after a heated argument.
Wild scenes took place in a private asylum accommodation in the Mistelbach district. A Ukrainian man got drunk and completely lost control of his drunkenness. He attacked his wife and his own children. Only the police who were called to help could calm the quarrelsome man. But only briefly. Despite being evicted, the man returned to the shelter over the next two days and threatened his family. The executive had to intervene again.
Accommodation provider as eyewitness
It was not much quieter in a neighborhood in the Korneuburg district. There, a Ukrainian man hit his partner during a heated argument. Fortunately, the person who arranged the accommodation noticed the argument and became an eyewitness. He immediately called the police, who arrested the suspect. In this case too, an expulsion followed.
Blue lights were also seen in a private asylum seeker house not far from the center of St. Pölten. A Ukrainian woman filed a complaint there after being punched in the face by another resident. The background of this case is still unclear and the police are investigating at full speed.
