On Sunday evening, the first lottery jackpot of this year was won with a betting slip from Tyrol. More than 7.5 million euros will go to a player from the Innsbruck-Land district as a solo prize, the Austrian Lotteries announced on Monday.
On the ninth of the ten quick tips, the “six correct ones” numbered 4, 9, 30, 38, 41 and 44 were submitted 40 minutes before the deadline.
The solo profit was higher
A total of 7.44 million tips were played for Sunday’s draw, more than expected. The solo profit of exactly 7,535,657.60 euros was therefore higher than the initially assumed seven million euros.
In the upcoming lottery draw, one million euros will be up for grabs for lottery six. This time there were five participants close: two fives with the extra number 26 go to Lower Austria, one each to Carinthia, Upper Austria and Styria. They each receive almost 51,000 euros.
There were two sixes at LottoPlus. Both were also successful with a quick tip and won more than 288,000 euros.
