The motorcycle season has started and the management is keeping a close eye on the motorcyclists. During a check in Kirchbichl in Tyrol, the police hastily pulled a motorcyclist out of traffic on Saturday. The 27-year-old has not only been saved from his appearance.
A traffic enforcement measure – as it is called – was the downfall of the speed offender. According to measurements, the 27-year-old was driving on the national highway at around 2:30 PM at a speed of 208 km/h instead of the permitted speed of 100 km/h.
Vehicle acceptance has been possible since March
The motorcyclist was stopped. He has now lost his driver’s license and his motorcycle. This was seized in accordance with regulations in force since March.
It was the second vehicle inspection in one day in Tyrol. In the Zillertal around 4:30 am a local man (51) drove his car at 136 km/h in a 60 zone. The note and the car are gone for the time being.
