Sommiliers? Not really. Amateur wine connoisseurs? Not even that. An eighth of a glass or an occasional summer spritz? Rather. The “crown” revealed its cards. No, Patrick Bayer and Katja Bernegger couldn’t expect an expert opinion – they didn’t want to and they didn’t want to either. “Just as much,” Patrick winked: “If I serve you one of our premium wines and a cheaper product on the side, you will immediately notice the difference…”
