The 32-year-old man from Nigeria entered the restaurant in Vienna-Neubau around 5 p.m. The ex-employee immediately started arguing and shouting about outstanding salary payments. The restaurant manager then took out his cell phone and alerted the director.
Bit the police officer’s finger
Despite trying to take control of the situation, the 32-year-old became increasingly aggressive towards the officers and had to be arrested. While trying to remove the man, the 32-year-old bit a police officer’s finger. He suffered a minor injury.
“The suspect was interrogated and subsequently reported in general on behalf of the Vienna Public Prosecution Service,” police spokesman Markus Dittrich concluded on Friday.
