An Italian woman (64) in Hall in the Tyrolean district of Innsbruck-Land had several guardian angels on board her car on Monday. The woman crashed head-on into the road divider. According to police, she suffered only minor injuries.
The accident happened shortly before 1:30 p.m. The Italian woman was driving her car west on the Inntal Autobahn. “At road kilometer 64.8 she veered off the right side of the road for unknown reasons,” police said.
Vehicle ready for scrapping
The 64-year-old then crashed head-on into the road divider. The driver was lucky and only suffered minor injuries. After initial treatment, she was admitted to Hall Hospital. The vehicle was a total loss.
Only one lane was open during the cleaning work. There was a big backlog.
