The new case of bullying at the Catholic private secondary school Aloisianum in Linz has left no one untouched. Two years ago, several students there allegedly abused a boy with a broomstick in the buttocks – the scene was filmed and shared on social media. The incident was dealt with within the school, according to the director. The boy in question left the school and the perpetrators were punished with behavioral characteristics; if another incident were to occur, the school contract would have been terminated.
