Trump Addresses US Citizens in Truth After Surviving Pennsylvania Attack

In a message posted on his social network after surviving an attack on him, he said that “there is nothing to fear, and we will remain steadfast in our faith and defiant in the face of evil.” He called on Americans to show “unity and character.”

Former President of the United States and candidate for the White House Donald Trump asked the Americans “unity and character” in a new post published after he survived the attack he suffered at a rally in Pennsylvania.

“Only God prevented the unthinkable from happening,” Trump said via his social network. Social truthwhere he thanked the expressions of support received after the attack.

“There is nothing to fear, and we will remain steadfast in our faith and defiant in the face of evil,” he said.

Trump took the opportunity to express his condolences to those killed and injured in the attack. “We will carry in our hearts the memory of the civilian who was murdered in such a horrific manner,” the former president said.

“At this time, it is more important than ever that we stay united and show our true character as Americans, stay strong and determined and not let evil win,” he said, before announcing that he will in principle attend the Republican National Convention, which begins next Monday in Wisconsin, where his nomination as the White House candidate in November will be finalized.

“I truly love our country and I love all of you, and I look forward to speaking to our great nation from Wisconsin,” he said.
