A 26-year-old from Freistadt lost control of her vehicle on the soaked street on Monday. She and her son (6) ended up on the roof of the car after it overturned. A passing motorist helped free the two injured people from the accident car.
The woman from Freistadt (26) was driving with her six-year-old son on the B38 towards Sandl on Monday evening. In a bend to the right, the driver lost control of her car on the wet road.
The vehicle left the road to the left, overturned after approximately 70 metres and came to a stop on its roof in a field next to the road.
Car loaner half
The 26-year-old and her son were freed from the accident car with the help of a passing motorist. The rescue brought the two to the state hospital in Freistadt.
A medical helicopter was also called to the scene of the accident. Fortunately, it was not needed and could fly away without patients.
