A series of motorcycle accidents occurred on the roads in Tyrol on Friday. A motorcyclist (24) rode his motorcycle onto the L21 Namloserstrasse at around 16:00, coming from Stanzach towards Bergwang. However, he lost control of his bike in a left bend.
Injured people taken to hospital
The cause is unclear. He fell and then slid towards the guardrail together with the motorcycle. The injured man was taken to hospital by ambulance.
Crashed into a tree
Meanwhile, another motorcycle accident occurred in Pertisau around 6:00 p.m. A 20-year-old was cycling on the Pertisau toll road towards the toll station. About 1.5 kilometers before the toll station, he lost control of his vehicle for unknown reasons and crashed into a tree.
The injured man was flown to the clinic in Innsbruck by emergency helicopter.
