Bloody start to school in the Czech Republic: On the second day of school of the new year, a primary school student in the town of Domazlice attacked and injured two classmates with a knife.
The child was arrested “within minutes” of the incident, police said Tuesday in the online service X. The rescue service would not comment on how seriously the two second-graders were injured. However, police said the lives of the two children were not in danger and that there was no further danger to the school.
Another child is in shock
In addition to the two injured, a child is being treated for shock. Due to an “extraordinary incident,” classes for older students were canceled, but younger children remained in school.
