A dispute between two youths over a tobacco product in Spittal in Carinthia has escalated. The 15-year-old injured a 16-year-old with pepper spray. The 16-year-old retreated, but returned to the playground shortly afterwards – with reinforcements. He and another 15-year-old forced the suspect to hand over tobacco products and threatened to report the matter to the police. They also took his moped key.
But the situation did not calm down and the stepfather of the 15-year-old pepper sprayer tried to mediate the argument. He then punched the second 15-year-old in the face and was injured. He went to the hospital himself.
