Police officers arrested a notorious fare evader from traffic in Wels on Thursday evening. The 36-year-old may never have had a driver’s license, but he has been driving for almost half his life.
At the age of 36, many people have already had their driver’s license for about 18 years. Not a 36-year-old Bosnian from Welsh. When he was routinely checked by police in his hometown on Thursday evening, he admitted that he did not have a ‘licence’.

He also told the officers that he had never had a driver’s license, but had been “driving around” without a license for about fifteen years. A report was made several times and he was forbidden to drive any further.
Recently, a 70-year-old Welser was taken out of circulation at the end of the year. He was a fare evader for forty years.
