Osakidetza has published the rates for the provision of healthcare services to obliged third parties during the 2025 financial year.
Basically, these prices are the prices charged to people who have a certain insurance, such as car, school or sports federation insurance, and to mutual insurance companies for accidents at work or occupational diseases treated in the public health care network.
These prices are also charged to those insured by the healthcare systems of EU countries and other countries with which the Spanish state has concluded agreements for the provision of healthcare to displaced persons.

The basic ambulance transfer costs 325 euros, with an advanced life support ambulance (mobile ICU) this increases to 1025 euros.
Placing a splint or plaster cast costs 186 euros, and a colonoscopy with anesthesia, without sleep in the hospital, costs 641 euros.
