Horror find in Germany: Early Tuesday evening passers-by watched as a man laid down a human head in front of the main entrance of the Bonn Regional Court. The corresponding body was found a little later – on the banks of the Rhine. The suspect has been arrested.
A police spokesperson said on Tuesday evening that witnesses had alerted the police. According to initial information, the alleged perpetrator is a 38-year-old. An eyewitness told bild.de: “The man sat there only a few meters from his head. He was arrested without resistance.”
The identity and background are still completely unclear, a murder commission has been set up.
The torso of the man’s head, which presumably belongs to it, is said to have been found shortly afterwards on the banks of the Rhine near the Alter Zoll. Bonn’s Wilhelmstrasse was immediately cordoned off by the police and the stairs to the Bonn Regional Court were covered with black foil.
