Although a Tyroolean was choked by a man, the police would have denied a complaint. Of course, the domestic executive sees the incident very different. In the meantime, the case is with the public prosecutor of Innsbruck.
They are serious allegations against the police, with which Mrs. S. reported to the “Krone”. A few weeks ago she drawn attention to the belt on a toboggan run in her hometown with two free dogs. Her daughter (13) and her girlfriend had previously fled into the forest for fear of the animals. According to S., a violent argument broke out with the four Germans and the police threatened to call. “One of the men grabbed me on my neck and pressed me against my car until I didn’t feel a floor.” Only when one of the women intervened.
Separate surveys by the police
S. fled, the police called their partner. The officials themselves had described separately what had happened. S. then asked how things went with regard to an advertisement. The police officer who asked the Germans would have responded: “There is no advertisement.” “First of all, they are four and I alone, second, the man claimed that I would have attacked him, third, I would not have that visible injuries,” S. describes the alleged justification of the civil servant.
The “Kroon” confronted the post commander of the relevant office and the responsible district poland commander with the allegations. These describe the incident differently: Mrs. S. stated that he was not injured on the spot. “And without injury I cannot submit a complaint for assault,” said the position manager.
The district commander confirms this and describes the officials in question as “always polite, simple and consistent”. There have never been any complaints. Neither he nor the post commander could imagine that Mrs. S. was illegally denied.
Should the police accept every ad?
“The popular assumption that every advertisement must be accepted is not true,” explains a spokesperson for the public prosecutor. Hansjörg Mayr from the office of the Public Prosecution Service of Innsbruck has been made up: in principle the police are obliged to accept advertisements, “only if they believe it is not relevant to tell us, she doesn’t have to do it”. When asked whether there should be a clear injury to an adult for a complaint for abuse, says Mayr: “In any case, there is also the crime of attempted physical injury.”
Allegations against civil servants and their boss
Mrs. S. ultimately filed a complaint. An internist confirms Würgemale that the patient has pain and trauma. The finding is the “crown”. Only with this and after various calls she was allowed to make the advertisement, S. de Voice claims the district commander. You just knew nothing about the attack, S. would have denied it. And the post commander who received the advertisement reports that her statements did not relate to those in the operational protocol: “She described it very differently from my colleague.”
Mrs. S. replies that she declared being violated from the start. She suspects that the officials have the fake implementation protocol. The position manager accuses her: “He tried to take me out of the advertisement for an hour.” He defends himself: “We have held a normal provisional discussion. I didn’t want to talk to her.”
Case is now with the public prosecutor
Which version is now – Mrs. S. has contacted the public prosecutor of Innsbruck, as spokesperson Mayr confirms. He did not reveal any further details, but in principle his advertisements against the police rarely.
