The Viennese probation assistant Denise K. in conversation about daily life in working with the convicted person: what prejudices for perpetrators and the “not so pleasant” re -socialization that she sees when she is disappointed and when problems about perpetrators arise in her.
“Krone”: During the first meeting with customers – is there a feeling of or re -socialization?
Denise k.: First we have a scientifically healthy survey interview with people who come to us. It has been increased, what are risk factors in the future and what are resources on the other hand. I could not rely on a gut feeling because criminal people are so different: there is no perpetrator.
