According to the governor of the region, three people were killed in explosions on Sunday in the Russian city of Belgorod, near the border with Ukraine. The authorities of southern Russian regions have repeatedly reported incidents in the past, which they believe were attacks from Ukraine. Kiev usually does not comment on the allegations.
