The Ministry of Education of the Basque Government and the Laboratory, ELA, CCOO and UGT trade unions have reached an agreement to improve the working conditions of the Cleaning and Kitchen of Public Education, which led to the announcement of the distrust of the strike that was announced between this group next week.
The laboratory, steilas, Ela and CCOO trade unions had registered the call in the kitchen and the cleaning of collective on 25, 26 and 27 March and 2 April, giving continuity to the mobilizations initiated in January.
The Pedrosa -Counselor has described the agreement as “very good news”.
The agreement affects approximately 840 people: 500 in Kitchen 340 when cleaning. It arrives after a week of sectoral tables and bilateral meetings and the strikes last month.
ELA, majority point, emphasized that the agreement reaches the salary increases of 9 %, improvements in workload, 17 %ratio, right until pension 2 years earlier, do doors for subcontractors and a ope of 55 places.
This is the second agreement after Haurreskolak, which arrives before a new cycle of strikes in the public school starts.
