Course room instead of classrooms: a criminal complaint has now been filed against those “teachers” who teach for years with a fake diploma certificate in schools. The 48-year-old is accused of falsification of particularly protected documents and cancellation of an office.
The case caused a sensation last week: a 48-year-old would have his diploma fake and then be taught as an assumed teacher in high schools in Austria, LoWower Austria and Vienna.
Now the fepler has to exchange the classroom for the courtroom: the Linz Public Attorney has filed a criminal complaint against the 48-year-old.
Lost money bag as a trigger
“Due to falsification of particularly protected documents and also because of the cancellation of an office,” explains the Public Prosecutor Ulrike Breiteder. Because the previous violation – all the more serious – threatens to two years in prison if it is sentenced.
The wrong teacher was blown up because he had lost his wallet in the Mühlviertel. There was a fake policy card – and then the man had to tolerate the executive power. “When he was asked about his career, he became so entangled that the officials became noisy and asked the positions that the certificates have issued,” says Breiteder. So the dizziness came to light.
Fake Educator wanted to make an impression
The 48-year-old explained love as a motif. Apparently the accused himself wanted to know a passionate pedagogue – and therefore pretended to have qualifications to teach.
The 48-year-old even studied for a while at an educational university, but never officially completed his training. “From this moment on, he knew what the signatures he will falsify later,” Breiteder explains the procedure.
Already in the court in April
The wrong teacher is announced. He was charged to him in 2010 to 2020. The 48-year-old must sit in court on April 17.
