Less stress, better sleep and a generally increased well -being: a current study from Lager Austria shows that a reduction in the use of smartphones has a positive effect on our mental health. But how do you get the best off social media and co?

According to their own explanations, a large part of the Austrians spends too much time on the mobile phone. Almost a third party mentioned in an investigation by the Deloitte consultant from December at least four hours a day. It is especially popular with the 14 to 29 year olds and even more than five hours in use every day.

At the same time, many people see consumption increasingly critical. “Course overflowing, states of exhaustion or sleep disorders-many Austrians suffer from excessive consumption of smartphones,” says Deloitte. Only many of the smartphones cannot get off, our daily life without the devices is increasingly difficult to control.
