“Margarita -Gate” – illegally deported family man was laid

Date:

The migrant who has been deported from the United States, despite the protection status, has been moved from the notorious Salvadorian high -secure prison in Cecot to another prison near the city of Santa Ana. Earlier, his meeting with an American politician included excitement “margarita-gate” included …

The move announced the Democratic Senator Chris Van Hollen, who had met Kilmar Árego García in El Salvador. Ábrego said that the circumstances were better that he was no longer in jail with 25 others, but still has no contact with the outside world.

The 29-year-old comes from El Salvador and, according to the American media, had entered the United States around 2011 on the flight of Bendegeweld. Although his asylum application was rejected in 2019, he received belly protection – with regard to imminent political persecution.

Democrat talks about kidnapping
Senator van Hollen spoke about a kidnapping in the Ábego case. The government’s lawyer spoke about an administrative error, but this error had led to the family man who was kidnapped through the streets in the state of Maryland and was placed in a prison in El Salvador, the senator said.

It is about protecting the constitutional rights of everyone who lives in the United States. “If you refuse the constitutional rights of a man, you threaten the constitutional rights and the correct procedures for all others in America.”

The Democrat had published a photo of the meeting with Ábego on the platform X. It shows the two at a table, a few glasses of water and coffee for them. Later the president of El Salvador Nayib Bukele placed on X: “Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a wonderful way from ‘Death Camps’ & ‘Marture’, now soaps Margaritas with senator van Hollen in the tropical paradise El Salvador!” US President Donald Trump was later asked about the alleged Margaritas.

Senator clarifies “Margarita-Gate”
Van Hollen clarified the “Margarita -Poort”: he drank water with the prisoner when a government officer put glasses on the table who looked like they were filled with Margarita. Neither he nor Ábrego had drunk it. However, the impression was given because the prisoner’s glass was less full. It should look like he had been drunk out.

Van Hollen had personally traveled to the authoritarian directed El Salvador to work to return to the US for the return of Ábrego. Van Hollen and other critics accuse the government of overlapping judicial orders. After the meeting, US President Trump Van Hollen described as a “protel” and “important”, who wanted to “beg” in El Salvador for the attention of “fake news”.

Trump’s government is increasingly in trouble because courts regard the man’s deportation as illegal. A federal judge ordered the US government to bring the man back. In the meantime, the case for the American Supreme Court ended up – it has since been legally wrested.
