The Viennese fire brigade had to leave on Sunday afternoon after a six -year -old girl fell in a rainwater swimming pool in the lies on a bicycle.
The emergency call was stopped at 3.30 p.m. The girl had previously traveled by bike in Zemlinskygasse, fell under a railing and shortly thereafter in the Rainwater Retention Basin.
Freed from emergency services
The girl could no longer free herself and had to be saved by the emergency services with the help of a rescue pool and a pulley. “Water was not there,” said spokesman Jürgen Figerl of the fire brigade.
Despite a helmet, the girl had sustained slight head injury and bruises. The somewhat injured child could then be taken to the hospital. The operation can be re -terminated around 4.15 pm.
