A sad incident shook the popular holiday destination on the Upper Adriatic in Italy on Monday evening: a 79-year-old Austrian was lifeless restored to the shallow water in the sea. All help came too late for him.
According to Italian media, the man would have traveled alone and has been a regular guest in the region. Around 7 p.m. other holidaymakers saw the immobile body in the sea and immediately warned the emergency services.
Ranimation
A resuscitation was immediately initiated – but without success. All help came too late for holidaymakers.
A heart attack in the water would have led to the sudden death of the holiday maker. The last fatal accident in which a tourist died in Bibione was in the summer of 2023.
