Morning Commitment-Fire Brigade Captures Run Out 300-Kilo Kalf

On Friday morning the support of the St. Margarethen Fire Brigade near Knittelfeld (Murtal District) was needed when a design of Kalf. The use lasted about an hour.

The firefighters of the St. Margarethen Fire Brigade near Knittelfeld (Murtal District) started on Friday sporting: their help was asked around 6.30 am. A calf of about 300 kilograms is probably without a stable and was wrong in the community in the Landesstraße 553 area.

“The calf could be saved unscathed with the fire brigade and the owner,” says Operations Manager Harald Pöchtra. After a short recovery phase, the visibly exhausted calf could be brought back into the shed. The operation can be terminated again after an hour.
