Hot and always hot – after an extremely modest Pentecost weekend with rain and hypothermal temperature values, things go very fast. The heat will come back to Austria in the coming days. Especially in the west you have to sweat, here the thermometer brand climbs up to 35 (!) Diploma – and that almost every day!
On Wednesday, higher temperatures already have ready, especially in the south it gets very hot with a maximum of 28 degrees. The sun often appears, according to the prediction by GeoSpere Austria, some stronger cloud fields and rain showers still continue.
Sweaty temperatures in the West
It’s already hot on Thursday. The sun shows itself in the mostly cloudless sky throughout the country. Especially in the west, sweating up to 34 degrees is already heavily sweaty, even in the south the temperatures almost reach 30 degrees. Everywhere elsewhere it remains quite moderate with values of up to 26 degrees.
And on Friday, no cooling for the West also promises, it will even be a bit hot with values of up to 35 degrees. The 30-degree brand is also cracked in the south. Again, there is the full sun.
On Saturday, no end to the hot phase – on the contrary. Austria – or especially the west – is still in the hot strangle. Values of a maximum of 34 degrees are again not uncommon. Just like in recent days, the sky almost presents itself cloudless.
Light cooling only at the start of the week
Almost the same photo on Sunday, especially in terms of the heat: the 30-degree brand should easily be broken in many places on this day. From the West, however, the first thunderstorm, according to the cautious prediction, go up, which can probably cause a little cooling with the start of the new week.
