Styrian shown – Doctor would have used Mother’s foreign sperm

Date:

A Vorarlberg family with three daughters has sued a styric reproductive doctor because he reportedly injected the mother without whose knowledge. The biological father is also said to know about the use of his seed. Now other victims are being sought, the “Kroon” spoke with the lawyer of the family.

The Turkish couple turned to the doctor for the first time in 1992. Due to language barriers, there were communication problems that both did not know how such a treatment goes that an investigation did not take place, the Innsbruck lawyer Lisa Holzmann confirmed to the “Krone”.

“The mother always assumed that she only receives a medicine at the syringe to increase fertility and then be fertilized naturally,” said the lawyer. “But with each of the 14 treatments in total, the woman was inseminated with foreign seeds. The three daughters were made by this procedure.” Nothing is yet known about the motive, but apparently the mother’s husband had a disease that would make fertilization extremely difficult, the lawyer explains. “But he was not informed about it and he has not been treated for decades.”

DNA tests revealed unknown fathers
A total of 84,000 Schilling (6,104.52 euros) flowed for the meetings and the family had never received an invoice. The whole thing came in rolling according to the “Tyrolean Daily” because one of the three daughters, a doctor, “did not completely fit in the family”, did a DNA test and came from that the man she knows as a father is not her biological father. Further DNA studies showed that even her sisters apparently did not descend from him. Your producers are unknown. The doctor finally came across the man who is genetically her father about research in gendatabases. However, he apparently had no idea that she was his daughter.

None of the use of the sperm knew
The biological father was also a patient in the doctor in the nineties, but only to have his hormone status clarified. The fact that the Salzburg -Sperma test was reportedly used to inject her into a strange woman. “In fact, however, the sperm was frozen in a targeted way and used a little later without information without information and without the permission from all involved, used for external insemination,” said lawyer Hermann Holzmann. Lisa Holzmann adds: “The man was also not investigated for inheritance or venereal diseases, who must have happened to protect the mother and the child.”

Possibly further damaged
In fact, written permission should be obtained and the styric state government had not received any data, in contrast to the provisions. The doctor or his son claims that some of the patient files have been lost in a camp due to water damage. You think that is a protective claim, you could have examined another patient who happened. When her daughter wanted to find her biological father, the doctor also argued with the water damage, but stated another time that the documents were lost in a movement, said Holzmann. Tried in vain to contact the now older doctor through the son.

The family now turns to the public to find possible further victims. “It can be assumed that the doctor has also injected other patients of fertility treatment of foreign seeds without their knowledge,” said Tyrolean lawyers. The doctor was therefore reported to the office of the public prosecutor in Graz on suspicion of serious commercial fraud and complained about compensation under civil law. The civil legal process is expected to take place at the beginning of September.
